Direct Trade. Single Origin. Washed Process.

A returning single origin coffee from Honduras, sourced from Finca Agua Fria. This washed process features notes of ripe fruits, black cherry, and a hint of brown sugar. Agua Fria is the crown of our ongoing relationship with Finca Terrerito, a Honduran farm and importer that specializes in building direct trade relationships between the producer and roaster (like us!).

Producer: Sergio Molina

Origin: San Sebastian, Honduras

Varietals: Lempira, Pacas, and Catuai

Process: Washed

Notes: Ripe Fruits, Black Cherry, and Brown Sugar

Brewing Recommendations

This coffee is versatile, that's why we like it so much! It's probably going to shine best on drip or pour-over, but it's meant to be multipurpose. Pull a shot of espresso to highlight the ripe fruit acidity, or brew a batch of cold brew to accentuate the brown sugar sweetness.

It's roasted with about 11% development time, which is generally considered a medium-light roast.
