This washed process is a fresh, clean cup of coffee. A few hours of fermentation before washing results in a fruity cup full of strawberries and jasmine with a fresh thyme aftertaste.

Process Notes
This coffee was produced by mixing two different batches of coffee harvested with one day of difference, washed and dried. Once picked, the cherries are fermented for about 9 hours, then depulped and fermented for another 27 hours. A day after, the second batch is added and fermented for 14 more hours before washing it and drying it for about 2 to 3 weeks.

"This is the best neighborhood coffee shop on the upper west side, period. Delicious coffee, delicious food, cozy interior, just the right vibe. They're open early if you need to grab coffee before work, and they're open on the weekend and it's such a fun neighborhood scene. Solid state: I love you!! Thank you for everything! Thank you for existing!! And thanks to all of the employees who are hard-working and kind."
"It’s the best flat white in NYC. I know, it’s a bold statement, but it’s true, bright delicious espresso shines through, perfect foam texture and ratio, perfect temperature. I’ve tried a lot of others and this is the best. Also they have an incredible Greens / salad / grain Bowl that’s soooo delicious and a perfect way to start the day. Great seating, service and AC."
"Absolutely the best coffee spot on the Upper West Side (& I have been to them all). It’s the local gem. Don’t skip the homemade pastries. The Banana Bread and Vatrushka are my personal faves.
There is frequently a line out the door for a reason. It’s really good. Wait in it; you will be happy you did."
