Some highlights from recent years: Colombian Geshas from expert growers, a peach co-ferment from Sebastian Ramirez, an anaerobic Liberica from Vietnam and an Ethiopian Wush Wush fermented for 120 hours. Each of these coffees represents months of careful cultivation and experimental process work by the farmers themselves — we simply bring them to your cup.
