If you feel you made an error on your order, we can change or cancel it prior to shipment. Please let us know as soon as possible via email (see address below). Once it ships, we cannot cancel the order. If your order is over $75, you must change or cancel it within 12 hours of placing the order, or we will not be able to change/cancel it.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to know about any issues you may have with your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on coffee at this time but always welcome feedback. If you’re not happy with the coffee, please let us know why.
